Online prices for distributors displayed by our Quote Generator are average estimates for the products shown. They are to be used only as guidelines. As most of our products are unique and custom made to order, the final pricing for your design may be slightly higher or lower than the published price. Firm pricing will be provided upon review of your artwork and the detail involved in recreating it.

We have taken every measure to include projected cost increases in the published pricing in our catalog. Due to fluctuating crude oil prices, change to foregin tax policies, and the rising cost of raw materials we reserve the right to change our catalog prices at anytime without previous notice.

For both online and faxed orders, Willsee will send you a proforma invoice to confirm your order. We will apply our terms of payment based on your existing status with Willsee.

  • 100% in advance for order less than 1,000 euros.
  • 30% deposit for order above 1,000 euros and 70% one week prior shipment.
  • 100% one week prior shipment.
  • Monthly statement.
  • Letter of credit.
  • Payment terms may vary depending on the size of the order.
 
     

Artwork Requirements

     
 
When placing an order please submit your art directly to your customer service representative or to info@willsee.com with your order number in the subject line or any reference that can help us to trace your order.

File formats :
Adobe Illustrator vector artwork is preferred, remember to save as an EPS or AI file and to convert all all text to outlines.

CDR file (Corel Draw ) and PDF file will also be accepted.
For all 4 color process printing order one in addition to previous file formats
mentioned we will also consider JPEG 300 DPI resolulion file format.
